NOTE:The records listed for teams and individual players is based on the limited information, especially for years 1991 to 1999. For the modern era, modern in the sense that a statewide tournament to determined an Alaska high school baseball champion team did not begin until 2000 in the East v Juneau final, the JDHS records for the years 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2005 are not recorded here. Also for the year 2004 we only have the players' southeast season record. It should also be noted that a second high school baseball team in Juneau was added to the southeast league in 2010. Further research is necessary to try and get a complete record of the Crimson Bears' players and teams. Should you have any additional statistics or should you find any errors please contact me, Frank Barthel at hettyfrank@msn.com.
NOTE that in 2012 the power of the aluminum bats was decreased. Bat performance has been limited to the "maximum performance limits of a wood bat, thereby minimizing additional risks" to those fielding the batted ball (see ASAA baseball rule change).
